What Robin Does
As the Worship & Media Pastor, Robin oversees the music, media and technology at Calvary. He might be found developing the worship teams, working on our IT network, or teaching a staff member how to use various computer programs. He and his wife Emma, along with their 3 children keep the staff at Calvary young.
History
The Abrols moved to Edmonton in 2005 from the United Kingdom to serve in leadership here at CCC.
Previously Robin was working at St. Thomas Church of England in Lancaster as the Director of Music. Before that Robin taught Ethical and Religious Studies as a High School teacher.
Robin originally hails from the Emerald Isle of Ireland, having lived there until he was 18.
Personal
Robin & Emma enjoy being with their kids and exploring new places. Emma is very artistic and enjoys bringing things into being. Robin likes technology, music and flying planes! Having acquired his Recreational Pilot Permit he enjoys letting people see Edmonton and the surrounding area from the air. If you can’t find him around the office, look up, or check in one of the local curry houses.
