Paul, Calvary’s Pastor of Church Ministries, is married to Dawn. They have two adult children, Paul and Mindy, and 4 wonderful Grandchildren.
Paul’s story

Pastor Paul enjoying the beauty of nature
Born in New York State in 1944, he moved to the state of Washington at age 4 where his Father Pastored in Tumwater Washington. Upon graduation from High School he went to Bible School in California where he majored in Bible and Music. There he met his wife Dawn. They were married in 1969, and spent their first year of marriage in South Korea, where Paul served as a Military Policemen in the U. S. Army. (The last of the draft in the U. S.).
Ministry Life
Paul’s first staff position was Music and Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church in San Bernardino, California. From there He moved his family to Macon, Georgia to serve as full time school teacher and part-time Music Pastor. After 5 years, he was led to move to the beautiful city of Edmonton. For sixteen years Paul served as the Minister of Music at Calvary Community Church and taught Music and Bible in Millwoods Christian School. In 1996 they moved to Bellingham, Washington where he Pastored Good Shepherd Community Church.
He’s Back!
In 2007 Paul and Dawn moved back to Edmonton being offered a job at Calvary as the Pastor of Church Ministries. He now serves as Chairman of the Millwoods Christian School Society, and is the liason between the School and the Church. He also oversees the office staff, is part of the Senior Pastoral Team and is responsible for the music in the first gathering.
What he does in his spare time
Paul enjoys sipping Diet Pepsi, eating Mexican food, listening to Southern Gospel Music, and spending lots of time with his grandchildren. He also takes pleasure in travelling and relaxing in his 5th wheel with his incredible wife, Dawn. At this point he has no plans for retirement as he is enjoying his second term at Calvary so much.
