The worship & arts department aims to serve the congregation at our weekly gatherings. We do this through the provision of worship music, projection technologies, and creative production (sound engineering, audio clips, web development, videos, dance and drama).
Worship Music @ CCC
Music has an undeniable power. Through the history of people relating to God there seem to have always been songs. We find that singing enables us to celebrate God’s loving kindness in a deeper way than reciting words alone. We find ourselves moved, encouraged and engaging in profound communication with God. The desire of our worship teams is to help enable this level of connection with God.

Sound Engineering
Our sound engineers spend many hours every week setting up the stage, running the digital sound equipment, and troubleshooting when required. The sound team are an extension of the worship teams, and are a vital part of our gatherings throughout the year.
Running the sound for a service is not as easy as it seems. There is a lot going on at the back. If you are a good multitasker, have a good ear for music, are technically minded and are happy to learn the ropes of a complex digital audio mixing station, then get in touch using the form below.
Media @ CCC
At Calvary Community Church we use media to enhance our services. The most frequent use of media comes through the display of song lyrics and powerpoint files. This is handled by our projection team.
Additional media is created for our services when we record and edit video clips, edit audio Scriptures, and create mp3 audio recordings of our weekly sermons.
