The Seniors’ Luncheon
Ron & Treva lead the Senior`s ministry at Calvary Community
We have a well-attended Seniors’ Luncheon on the first Tuesday of every month (October through May). We get underway at 11:30 a.m. with a terrific hot lunch and time of fellowship (with the occasional quiz or other fun activity thrown in). At about 12:30 we invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy guest speakers (or entertainers) who discuss various topics of interest and then often enjoy singing some of the great old hymns led by our own passionate “music man” Paul Eisentrager. We wrap up by 1:30 p.m.
What else is there for seniors at CCC?
During the rest of the month our seniors are encouraged to be involved in the many church and community events, such as life focus groups, Kids & I, ladies’ ministries, men’s breakfasts and the activities at the Mill Woods Senior Center.
