We are aware of the various struggles that face our community, and we care!
At Calvary we believe in the tangible hope that Jesus Christ gives, because of this belief we desire and purpose to be the hands and feet which bring tangible hope to those in our community who are struggling.
Who can I meet with?
Doug and Shirley Russell, who have years of pastoral care experience, are our point people who are available to meet with anyone from our local community to discuss their situation and how we at Calvary may be able to assist them.
In addition to their listening ears and warm hearts, they are able to provide assistance by way of food hampers, good quality used clothing and limited financial assistance.
How can I make an appointment?
The Russells usually handle benevolent requests on Monday and Friday afternoons. Appointments are required, so please contact the church office to arrange a consultation. The Church Office phone number is (780) 462-8444.
